What is a wish list?
Our wish list allows you to select products that you may want to buy and save them in your account for future reference.
When will the payment be taken out of my bank account?
Payments are usually taken out immediately.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can access all your previous transactions through the “My Account” section.
How can I return an item?
Please refer to the section regarding our ‘‘Returns Policy’’. The decision may vary depending on the product.
Will you restock items indicated as ‘’out of stock’’?
We will take back ‘‘Out of Stock’’ items. Being out of stock is a temporary situation. However, we do not take back items that are discontinued, on Liquidation, Custom or Special.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to inspect the merchandise. Indicate what is missing or damaged on the delivery slip or make sure that driver has noted the issue. You must then contact the shipping company to complete a claim and contact us so we can assist you in correcting the problem.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The illustration is for reference only, items may vary based on various factors.
What is the Warranty on your products?
The warranty may vary depending on the products.
How does the delivery work?
Since the orders are ship through transport companies we rely on them to ship you the goods as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be sent to you to follow-up.
When will my order be delivered?
There is an estimated date with each product. Furthermore, once your order is paid, a confirmation will be sent to you. Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you must select “Pick-up/Point de vente” in cart before proceeding the order. We will call you to book an appointment, considering that the orders might have to be ordered and prepared in advance.
